Indeed, the Sectigo AddTrust root certificate has expired, although it does not affect most modern devices since it is cross-signed by the new CA that expires in 2038. It can cause problems in embedded or very old devices that do not have updated the certificates of trusted authorities, which implies that they do not know the new CAs.
